Shipping

All our products are handmade to order unless stated otherwise.

Delivery time: Please allow up to 3 weeks from order placement for your order to be dispatched.

Shipping rates:

  • UK (Royal Mail Tracked 48): £5
  • Europe (Royal Mail International Standard): £15
  • USA (Evri International Standard): £25
  • Rest of World: (Evri International Standard): £25

NOTE: 

  • International orders may be subject to customs duties and taxes, which are the responsibility of the customer.
  • While we are not responsible for delays or lost shipments caused by factors beyond our control, we will do our best to assist with tracking your order.

Returns

Pre-order and made-to-order items are non-refundable and non-exchangeable. Sale items are non-refundable (exchange or store credit only).

You may request a return within 14 days of receiving your order.

To qualify for a return:

  • Items must NOT be a made-to-order, pre-sale or sale.
  • Items must be unused, in their original condition and in original packaging.
  • Include your order number inside the return package.

Process:

  • Email us at info@natrastudios.com to request a return.
  • We aim to respond within 1-2 business days.
  • If approved, you will receive return instructions.
  • Returns sent without prior approval will not be accepted.

Costs: 

  • Customers are responsible for return shipping costs.
  • Original shipping fees are non-refundable.

International Returns:

  • Clearly mark the parcel as a ‘return’
  • Failure to do so may result in customs charges being deducted from you refund or the parcel being returned to you.
  • Customers are responsible for any customs fees or taxes that may occur.

Refunds

  • Refunds are issued once your return is received and inspected.
  • Processing takes 3-5 business days, plus up to 10 business days for funds to appear in your account.
  • Sale items are non-refundable (exchange or credit note only)
