Due to the handmade nature of our products, each item is crafted with care once your order is placed. Please allow up to 14 days from the time of order placement for deliver. We appreciate your patience and support of slow-made, quality product.
Orders outside of the UK may be subject to and responsible for customs/duty fees.

Natra Studios Ltd is not responsible for any delays or loss in delivery due to circumstances beyond our control. We will, however, do our best to assist in tracking outstanding deliveries.
Returns
If you are returning your item from outside the UK please ensure you mark it clearly as a return as we will not be liable for any duties & taxes upon its return. Failure to do so may result in your shipment being returned to you, or any duties & taxes incurred being deducted from your refund.
Please return in original packaging.
Returns policy
Our returns policy lasts 14 days. If 14 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately we cannot offer you a refund or exchange. Sale items are non-refundable, only exchange or a credit note equivalent to the purchase price.
In addition to your legal rights, you may return items purchased online if you no longer want them. To receive a full refund (excluding original postage), the items must be unused, in their original packaging and returned to us within 14 days of delivery. Your refund can take up to 3-5 business days to process and up to 10 business days for you to receive the refunded amount.
Please note that you are responsible for the cost of returning the item.
To qualify:
- Items must be unused and in their original condition.
- You must make a not of your order number included in the return package.
To begin a return, please contact us at info@natrastudios.com. We aim to process all return requests within 1-2 business days (excluding weekends and holidays).
If your return is approved, we’ll email you instructions on how and where to send your item.
Please note: Returns sent without prior approval will not be accepted.

Exceptions / Non-returnable Items
We are unable to offer refunds on items if returned after 14 days of delivery. However, depending on the condition of the returned goods, we may offer a credit note. This policy is in addition to your legal rights.
In the case of pre-orders or ‘made-to-order’ items we are unable to offer refunds or exchanges so please use the available size guides on each product listing when placing an order. We are committed to sustainable practices and aim to not overproduce any of our products which is why we frequently use a ‘pre-order’ system so each product is made specifically for each customer.
