Returns 

If you are returning your item from outside the UK please ensure you mark it clearly as a return as we will not be liable for any duties & taxes upon its return. Failure to do so may result in your shipment being returned to you, or any duties & taxes incurred being deducted from your refund.

Returns policy

Our returns policy lasts 14 days. If 14 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately we can’t offer you a refund or exchange.

In the case of 'made to order' or personalised products, as we are making your items for you and would not otherwise buy the stock, we cannot accept returns. If there there are any issue with quality please contact info@natrastudios.com.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.
